黑色磷化剂

  钢铁（黑色）磷化工艺，是我公司研制的一种新型钢铁表面化学转化膜工艺，处理后的零部件不仅具有氧化膜美丽的色彩，而且具有磷化膜高耐腐蚀性，是钢铁黑化防腐处理工艺最理想的选择。特点：不择刚性，着色时不产生自热液体稳定，循环补加不排放。
        本工艺中所涉及到前.后处理工艺的技术指标均系本公司产品，若采用其它方法也可以，但是必须却保前处理干净后处理可靠。在本工艺中去掉着色工序就可以实现普通磷化防腐工艺，再去掉中和.浸油加上热水洗就可以实现涂装底层磷化工艺，用户可根据生产需要调整工艺。
细腻柔和型外观：脱脂→水洗→脱脂→水洗→除锈→水洗→着色→水洗→
Ⅲ号表调→磷化→水洗→热水洗→脱水封闭
细微颗粒磨沙型外观：脱脂→水洗→脱脂→水洗→除锈→水洗→着色→水
洗→Ⅳ号表调→磷化→水洗→热水洗→脱水封闭
黑色磷化：主要用于钢铁件最终防腐蚀膜层处理，不论材质磷化膜颜色呈现均匀黑色，中性盐雾实验时间48～96小时。
