一、 D-3型电动捣固镐适用范围

二、 D-3型电动捣固镐基本结构与工作原理

工作原理：当电机接通电源后，装有偏心铁的转子轴便高速转动起来，并产生方向变化的离心力(扰动力)，传递给镐板、镐头处于振动状态。从而起到捣固道床石碴的作用。

四、D-3型电动捣固镐使用方法与维护

Fourth, using method and maintenance

1、 检查捣固架及电镐的联接螺栓是否正常，电源插头、导线、插座联接是否良好。

2、 接通电源后空运转一分钟观察是否正常。正常后方可投入工作。

3、 距轨枕边缘20-30mm下镐，镐板与轨枕面边线成45o角，在进行捣固时渐放大角到80o左右，不断抽镐使道碴进入轨枕底。
