PEN薄膜介绍
TEONEX®聚萘酯pen薄膜（PEN FILMS）的性能介于聚酯薄膜PET 和聚酰亚胺薄kapton（Polyamide films）之间。
TEONEX为帝人杜邦公司的商品名称
PEN FILM:POLYETHYLENENAPHTHALATE,简称PEN FILM(pen薄膜).作为杜邦Mylar的升级产品，杜邦研发出了PolyethylenenaphthalatPEN薄膜，一种用于扬声器振膜的多用途新材料,它具有多种优良的品质，包括质量轻,相对于密度而言刚性强。
PEN薄膜产品性能
TEONEX®薄膜具有卓越的长期耐高温老化性能，可在155℃高温环境下连续使用，达到绝缘等级F级的要求。在高温下具良好的尺寸稳定性，热收缩率低，更好地保持原有的机械性能，极低的齐聚物（Oligomer）萃取率，另外还具备比PET更佳的玻璃化转换温度，硬度，耐水解性，紫外线（UV）照射性。
PEN薄膜主要用途
TEONEX pen薄膜可用于温度等级为F及H级的电气绝缘领域，广泛运用在标签、胶带、FPC（柔性印刷线路板）、MTS（薄膜触键开关）、扬声器振膜，薄膜电容、马达、变压器、轮胎转印标签、硫化标签等电子行业、包装及一般工业应用；PEN薄膜制作的PEN胶带尤其是在汽车仪表盘和座椅传感器等部件的FPC中大量使用。
振膜方面的用途：球顶和平衡式高音驱动器，带式和静电式平板扬声器和麦克风元件。规格：一种略带雾状的透明薄膜，具有极好的加工性能。
PEN薄膜型号及厚度规格：
pen薄膜有Q51、Q71等型号。 厚度：0.006mm～0.25mm。
其中厚度0.006mm,0.009mm的pen薄膜标准宽幅660mm;
厚度0.012-0.075mm的pen薄膜标准幅宽1000mm;
