息  ■该设备分为低速型和双速型两种：  
■低速型专用于蛋鸡料原料破碎的设备；
■双速型除破碎功能外，还可用于饲料原料的普通粉碎加工。  
■转子直径小，锤片线速度低，保证破碎颗粒饱满；  
■可配双速电机（SPSP56×80除外），实现一机多用，既能破碎，又能实现普通粉碎；  
■可正反向工作的转子，大大延长易损件的使用寿命；  
■操作门带有安全互锁装置，保证操作门打开时电机不启动。  
■技术参数注：以下指标系满足以下情况的指标，原料为玉米，水分不大于14％，容重不低于0.72t/m3。3.0mm筛片产量仅指双速型破碎机调至高速档时的产量，8.0mm筛片的产量为低速型或双速型破碎机调至低速档时的产量，孔径φ3.0mm筛片，开孔率不低于42％，孔径φ8.0mm筛片，开孔率不低于48％。
■  Two  types  are  included,  i.e.  slow  speed  type  and  two-speed  type.  The  former  is  equipment  specially  for  grinding  materials  for  layer  feed;  the  latter  is  also  suitable  to  grind  materials  for  other  common  feed  in  addition  to  layer  feed;
■  The  small  rotor  diameter  and  low  linear  speed  of  hammers  ensure  less  fines  generated;
■  If  being  equipped  with  a  two-speed  motor  (  except  Model  SPSP56  x  80),  it  will  have  multiple  functions,  i.e.  coarse  grinding  and  normal  grinding;
■  The  rotor  is  capable  of  rotating  forward  and  backward,  greatly  extending  the  service  life  of  wearing  parts;
■  The  operating  door  is  equipped  with  an  interlocking  device  for  safety,  assuring  that  the  motor  cannot  be  started  up  when  the  door  is  opened.
■  Note:  The  above  data  are  based  on  the  following  conditions:  material  corn,  moisture≤14%,  bulk  density≥0.72t/m3.  The  capacity  for  3.0mm  screen  refers  to  that  when  the  two-speed  hammermill  is  adjusted  the  top  gear,  and  the  capacity  for  8.0mm  screen  refers  to  that  when  low-speed  or  two-speed  hammermill  is  adjusted  to  the  low  gear.  For  the  screen  with  a  hole  diameter  of  3.0mm,  the  open  ratio  should  be  ≥42%,  while  for  the  screen  with  a  hole  diameter  of  0.8mm,  the  open  ratio  should  be  ≥48%.
