1.  When  you  couple  this  machine  with  the  other  ones  in  the  line,  remove  the  covers  of  right  and  left  board-loading  openings.  (For  SP80V-MU/L  and  SP60P-MU/L)

2.  There  should  be  no  clearances  more  than  necessary  between,  in  the  line,  this  machine  and  the  other  ones.

1.2  Installation  Procedure      
NOTICE  The  machine  should  be  installed  under  the  direction  of  an  expert.  This  section  describes  the  summary  of  the  procedure.  For  information  about  the  reLOCAIION  of  the  machine,  make  contact  with  our  service  center.      
      
1.  Machine  transport  state  Board  lift,  recognition  unit,  and  squeegee  head  are  secured  by  fixing  brackets  so  that  they  will  not  move  during  transport.Remove  the  fixing  brackets  in  the  setup  of  the  machine.  Store  the  removed  brackets.

2.  Installing  the  machine  Install  the  machine  along  the  reference  line.Adjust  the  machine  POSTTTION  for  smooth  board  transport  between  the  previous  and  next  processes.(Align  the  orientation  and  the  transport  height  with  those  of  the  reference  machine.)      
      
3.  Peripheral  equipment  Following  the  procedures  in  section  1.3,  install  PATLITE,  blower,  and  atmospheric  temperature  control  unit.For  the  line  specifications,  connect  the  signal  cables  seeing  section  1.1.6.      
4.  Accurately  making  the  machine  level      
(1)Open  the  cleaning  cover  on  the  front.      
(2)  Remove  the  mounting  bolts  for  the  Y-axis  ball-screw  cover,  and  draw  out  the  cover      
frontward.
