机器人的脚与地面接触,会在机器人脑中形成图形脚的接触面和确定一个较大范围的图形地面。机器人用一只脚站立,自身图形的重心点投影在机器人脑中图形脚的接触面中。当机器人双脚走路时,机器人脑中自身图形的重心点投影在自身图形双脚接触面的连线中,在机器人脑中自身图形双脚的接触面,能够确定并形成更准确的图形地面。反过来当机器人重心突然偏移,会在机器人脑中图形地面上出现一个运动的重心投影点,这时机器人自身图形必须马上向重心投影点的运动方向迈出一步,这一步的大小应该保证重心的投影点在自身图形的双脚连线之间。
在机器人脑中有了与机器人做相同运动的机器人自身图形,机器人的脑就能够随时知道机器人自身图形做各种运动时的重心变化,这样机器人的脑就能够按照重心偏移的快慢来选择迈步的速度,当机器人需要快速起跑时要先有意造成身体重心向前的快速偏移,这样就必须快速向重心偏移的方向迈步才能保持机器人身体平衡。当机器人受到碰撞使身体的重心快速偏移,机器人就必须快速向重心偏移的方向迈步使机器人身体平衡。
