6FTS-5型面粉加工成套设备采用全风运气流输送自动提料系统，由清理间和磨粉间两部分组成。清理间采用筛砂、去石、洗麦、打麦、提粮等先进设备；磨粉间由1台2235型对辊磨头、提粉锥筛、和粉机、气流提料系统等设备组成。该设备采用了优选的磨辊齿型齿角，操作方便的料斗分料结构，合理的研磨出粉工艺，使设备加工出的面粉精细，得到用户的好评。
6FTS-5型机组主要特点：
1、 可以连续生产面粉，也可以单份来料加工（每次50～300斤）。
2、 出粉质量好，可磨出特一粉、特二粉、标准粉和全麦粉，出粉率65%~98%。
