油位传感器

概述

FY9033油位传感器是为铁路机车、汽车油箱、油罐车、油库等油位的精确测量而量身定做的专门仪表。整机无任何可动或弹性部件，耐冲击、安装方便、可靠性高、精度高、性价比高。可安装在各种场合对汽油、柴油、液压油等油位进行准确的测控，也适用于各种非导电液体的测量。在现场条件特别恶劣，电磁干扰特别严重、搅拌特别厉害情况下测量导电介质也可以采用此类产品。The special oil level gauge for vehicle is the special instrument customized for precise measurement on the level of oil tank for railway locomotive and vehicle, oil tanker and depot etc. The whole machine has no movable or elastic parts, with impact-resistance, convenience installation, high reliability, high accuracy and cost-efficiency. It can be installed in any place to measure the precise measurement and control on the level of gasoline, diesel and hydraulic fluid etc, and also applicable for measurement on various non-conductive liquids. While it’s under the situations with particularly harsh conditions on the site,  badly serious electromagnetic interference and even terrible stirring, such product can also be used for measurement on the conductive mediums.

  油位传感器核心部件采用先进的射频电容检测电路经过 16 位单片机经过精确的温度补偿和线性修正，转化成标准电信号（ 4-20mA ）或电压信号（0-5V)。全系列变送器都具有自校准功能，用户可通过两个按键或两根引线进行“零点”、“量程”自动校准，以适应各种复杂场所的不同要求。 The core components of the special oil level gauge for vehicle adopts the advanced radio-frequency capacitance detection circuit, with the precise temperature compensation and linear correction via the 16-bit single chip microcomputer, to convert the signal into standard electric signal (4~20mA) accordingly. All the transducer in full series has the self-calibration function, the user can perform the automatic calibration with “zero point” and “measuring range” with only two keys or two lead wires, to accommodate different requirements of complex places in variety.

工作原理  Working principle

   油位传感器部分是一个同轴的容器，当油进入容器后引起传感器壳体和感应电极之间电容量的变化，这个变化量通过电路的转换并进行精确的线性和温度补偿，输出 4-20mA 标准信号供给显示仪表。The sensing part of the special oil level gauge for vehicle is a coaxial container, when the oil is poured into the tank, it may cause the capacitance change between the sensor shell and sensing electrode, such change shall be converted through the circuit meanwhile treated with precise linear and temperature compensation accordingly, to output the standard signal in 4~20mA to the display instrument.

适用场合 Applicable place 

油位传感器适合 0.5 MPa 以下，温度在 150 ℃ 以下较粘稠的油质的测量，可附加各种协议通讯FY2B-Y special oil level gauge for vehicle (oil level transducer) in industrial class, is applicable for measurement on grease with temperature below 150 ℃ and pressure below 0,5MPa, it can also add with various communication protocols.
