机器主要运动部件如链条和模具冲针及轴承需要润滑以减少磨损，请按照以下要求进行维护保养：

         Main working parts such as chains, moulds, needles and bearings need lubrication to protect from wearing. Please maintain as followings:

模具向导板设置了润滑毛毡应定期加油，每周应加一次（润滑点10），用毛刷擦涂不宜过多以致流淌污染纸张，见图示。

It has lubricated felt in the moulds and leading board, please add lubrication regular once a week (with lubrication point 10) by using hairbrush. Don’t be too much to dirty the paper. See the picture please. 

  ●台历单/双线圈装订机 挂历单/双线圈装订机 笔记本单/双线圈装订机两侧导向直线轴承已储存润滑脂，用户开始使用勿须加油，经过3个月以上使用后需要适当润滑。

     Both sides of leading straight bearing have lubricating grease. User won’t add lubrication when first run the machine. After about more than 3 months working needs proper lubrication.

  ●上图中1、2、3、4带座轴承润滑采用黄油枪，位置在升纸链条附近，图中有标注

     Lubricating the 1, 2, 3, 4 POSTTTION bearings by using grease gun. It’s near the lifting chains. Please see the above picture.

  ●链条需要每周涂抹机械油，既可减少磨损也减低噪声，本机设有自动加油泵，只要在触摸屏上轻轻一点加油按钮，便可以将油注入每一加油处。

     Chains need add machine oil every week to reduce wearing and noise. The machine has no automatic oil pump. Just touch the “oil” bottom on the touch screen and add oil to each POSTTTION.

本机出厂时各个凸轮位置已经调试完毕并采取了防松措施，用户勿需自行调整，凸轮位置用红色标记，如果没有错位或松动，不要做任何调节。

Each cam has been adjusted and protected to be loose when delivered, user won’t adjust by themselves. Cam POSTTTIONs signed by red color, and no there’s need to adjust if no disLOCAIION or looseness.

下图显示主轴与凸轮轴的关系，图中刻度盘A的零刻度与指针B重合时，凸轮轴上的指针B尖端朝上。

Following picture shows the relationship between main roll and cam roller. In the dial A, if the zero graduation indictor coincide with B, the indictor B on the cam roller indict up.

 凸轮轴传动链条保证主轴和凸轮轴的严格同步，以保障纸张运行各个步骤的协调，所以在更换链条时务必慎重做好标记，保证不错位，如果重新安装后错位也不要调整凸轮而是要调整链条与链轮的关系以找到刻度盘A与指针B正确的位置。

Cam roller transmission chains ensure main roller and cam roller runs synchro strictly, to coordinate each running steps. So please note POSTTTION carefully when changing chains to make sure that there will be no disLOCAIIONs. If the LOCAIION is not right, adjust chains and chain wheels to find out right POSTTTIONs of dial A and indictor B, instead of adjusting cam roller POSTTTION.

 如下图所示，当指针A与刻度盘A的0点对齐时指针B指向正上方，这样才能确保主轴与凸轮轴的同步。

As showed in the following picture, when indictor A align at zero of dial A, indictor B indict right up direction. In such situation can ensure main roller run sybchro with cam roller.

输送带断裂或磨损后大部分可以重新粘接使用，根据长短的差异可以调换位置增加利用率，如需更换皮带，则按照后附皮带走向图长度更换，更换皮带时记录其走向，防止失误。

Replace and repair of belt:

Most broken or wear belts can be spliced to use again. According to different lengths, user can change POSTTTIONs to increase use ratio. If it needs to replace chains, please be in accordance with the attached belt running trends drawing. Note the running trends when replacing to keep away from fault.
