It’s difficult to test if there’s little paper on the aluminium board. In such situation inching paper will be lifted too high to taking over thick paper, and it’s danger for the machine. So must put not less than 10mm paper, otherwise not to use electric paper lifting.

5.2.2 Press down the “MANUAL” bottom right the control panel to take the paper slowly and feed into the mould. Adjust feeding belt POSTTTION to make sure that the paper exactly in the mould and will have around 5mm distance between paper and roller. Reasonable distance can ensure stable high speed. 

5.2.3继续点动台历单/双线圈装订机 挂历单/双线圈装订机 笔记本单/双线圈装订机找出拍纸装置极限点（拍纸凸轮最高点）调节两边横向拍纸器使纸张大体中心对称（参考刻度），纵向拍纸器使纸张紧贴模具后面挡纸板，保证页边距的准确。

5.2.3 keep inching to find out limiting point (the highest point of paper patting roller) of paper patting equipment

注意：在纸张尺寸稳定的基础上，将前后左右拍纸板调至刚好与纸张接触无间隙效果最好，注意页边距和对称度会很稳定。

Attention: on the basic of stable paper size, adjust four sides paper patting board to the gapless POSTTTION to the paper. Then it will bring best effective and the page margins and symmetry will be much stable.

纸张厚度薄和硬度低时降低主机速度有利于冲孔精度的稳定。

It’s good for stable punching precisions to slow down machine speed when paper is thin or with low hardness.   5.3冲孔模具的装拆、抽针和纸边距调整

install/dismantle/drawn needle/adjust paper margins the punching mould

  5.3.1台历单/双线圈装订机 挂历单/双线圈装订机 笔记本单/双线圈装订机模具的拆卸和安装：install/dismantle moulds

       机器出厂时已经配备一套冲孔模具，如果需要更换请按照下面图示步骤进行

Machine delivered with one punching mould. Please follow steps showed in the below picture if needs to change mould. 

操作时需要配备适合M8及M16内六角螺钉的扳手，这些扳手是随机工具。

Spanner fitted model M8/M16 inner hexagon screw is necessary while changing moulds. The spanner is attached tools.

注意：安装完毕所有螺钉都要紧固以防设备运转时松动。

Attention: must fastening all screws after installation in case that machine runs not stably.

5.3.2台历单/双线圈装订机 挂历单/双线圈装订机 笔记本单/双线圈装订机纸边距的调整 adjust paper margins

模具安装后电动完成一次冲裁，测量纸边距，如不符合要求则进行下面的调节：

Finish one electrical blanking after installing mould to measure paper margins. If the result is not match requirements, please adjust as follows: 

纸张距调整好就可以精调拍纸器的前后左右位置，至直冲孔符合要求。

Accurately adjust four sides POSTTTION of paper patter after adjustment of paper margins until it matches punching requirements.

纸边距设计最小2mm，最大5mm。min. paper margin: 2mm; max. paper margin: 5mm

5.4台历单/双线圈装订机 挂历单/双线圈装订机 笔记本单/双线圈装订机冲封面的调整 adjustment of punching cover

5.4.1台历单/双线圈装订机 挂历单/双线圈装订机 笔记本单/双线圈装订机送纸转换开关拨到“封面”位置，真空泵便会自动工作。

Switch paper feeding bottom to the “cover” POSTTTION, and vacuum pump will work automatically.

5.4.2按台历单/双线圈装订机 挂历单/双线圈装订机 笔记本单/双线圈装订机点动按钮上升到封面限位高度，如果封面太低、吸嘴吸不到，就调节限位

    开关往上，使吸嘴能够吸到位置，也可调节吸嘴高低旋钮。

Press down inching bottom to lift to the high-limiting POSTTTION. If the cover is too low to absorb it, adjust the limiting POSTTTION or suction nozzle POSTTTION to absorb the cover.

5.4.3台历单/双线圈装订机 挂历单/双线圈装订机 笔记本单/双线圈装订机封面高度调好后，再调节分纸片高度，使分纸片压到上面一张封面。

Adjust paper separating height after adjustment of cover height to let the separating paper press on the above cover.
