Product overview

Kaimeng stainless steel acid washing passivation solution ID4008 is made of environment-friendly inorganic acid oxidizer (main agent) and hydroxy acid compound, highly efficient corrosion inhibitor and fog inhibitor (compound ingredient) by integrating with foreign technologies. It is known as a new high-tech material.

The product is colorless and transparent; it has a slight acid odor. It is widely applied in removal of iron rust, welding mark, grease and black and yellow oxidized skin in the molding, assembly and welding process of SUS300 series Austenite stainless steel (SUS303, 304, 316, 316L) and double-phase stainless steel SUS201, 202 and 204 and implementing comprehensive passivation to the stainless steel work components; it can greatly upgrade the anti-corrosive performance of stainless steel work components and integrate acid washing and passivation.
