山东鲁台集团枣庄市鲁都公司研制的钢制焊接烘缸具有重量轻、耗能低、耐高压、热导效率高、Nip合金镀层、硬度高、耐磨、全焊透结构、密封性能好、传动灵活、安全可靠等特点，于1998年5月获国家专利，专利号：“ZL 94 1 10657.8”，本公司钢制焊接烘缸企业标准已上升为国家行业标准，并于1994年2月取得了由山东省劳动厅颁发的压力容器制造许可证。
我公司可承制Φ2500×4000mm以内各种规格烘缸，（可根据用户要求定做）承受蒸汽压力可达0.8MPa，为消除成品烘缸的焊接内应内，在制造过程中经过两次650℃热处理，并由微机全程监控热处理过程。

The product had gained Chinese invention patent in 1998.Its standard has become Chinese light industrial and obtained the certificate of producing press container in 1994.Its characteristics are weight light,lower consumption,high pressure endurance,high heat conductivity,high hardness,uneasy friction and easy driving,the surface is bright for using chemical NIP layer.
It can process the dryers within Φ2500×4000mm and its steam pressure can reach to 0.8MPa.The dryers will be heated to 650 for two times and the processing procedure will be monitored by computer in order to make them perfect.
