产品按GB/T6918-2005标准设计、制造。采用手推（手摇）机构。锚链轮和系缆卷筒安装在竖直轴上。
Design  for  manufacturing,  according  to  the  GB/T6918-2005  standard.  The  use  of  hand  push  (hand)  mechanism.  The  chain  wheel  and  cable  reel  mounted  on  a  vertical  shaft.
作用：由人推动绞盘头，带动主轴旋转，带动固定式绞盘体转动，从而达到船舶抛锚、起锚及系缆的功能。
