特性:
俗称“珍珠棉”,根据珍珠棉的密闭泡孔结构和泡率区域宽20~40倍的产品特征,制程中使用丁烷和单杆酯发泡剂高压注入的工艺特征。
用途：
通过后道深加工工艺把0.5~2mm的防静电卷材料进行与PE、PP、TPU等材材质的薄膜复合成多层复合卷材，可实现对产品防擦伤，防止产品表面静电吸附尘埃粒子，屏蔽等功能。进而用高周波热压、贴封口制袋用于电视机、电脑显示器、笔记本电脑、通讯设备、医疗仪器、高档音响、电子半成品的出货包装。以其多功能复合基材的特性可替代胶袋、气泡袋等传统包材达到更佳效果。通过卷材贴合、复合、分切下料，冲压成型贴合这些后道深加工工艺，把3~15mm的防静电卷材厚料制成具有优良防震缓冲定位包装材料，工序转运异型托盘等。

Using  process:  through  the  last  process  we  can  make  the  thickness  of  0.5mm-2mm  anti-static  roller  material  together  with  PE,  PP,  TPU,  etc  material  film  to  multilayer  complex  roller  material.  Then  it  can  come  true  that  product  not  abrasion,  preventing  surface  dust,  shield  and  etc  features,  they  can  serve  the  turn  TV,  computer  monitor,  notebook  PC,  communication  and  medical  equipment,  upscale  sound,  electronic  semi-finished  product’s  packing  ,  it  can  replace  PE  bag  and  alveoli  bag.
Using  joint  ,  compound,  cutting,  and  punch,  then  we  can  make  3~15mm  anti-static  roller  material  to  what  packing  material  you  need.
