免烘烤金属丝印油墨
光泽特性：1、印上就烤显平光
               2、印上放置3小时再烤为干燥后为亮光
使用方式：丝印、移印。油墨与固化剂添加比例为10：1，表干15-30分钟。金属产品烘烤120-150°C，30分钟后可完全干燥。玻璃产品烘烤100-120°C，30分钟完全干燥。强化亚克力及uv表面等塑胶产品烘烤80-100°C，30分钟完全干燥。
测试：产品从烤箱拿出来完全冷却之后可进行相应测试。
         1.  划百格后使用3M胶纸拉，无掉色，脱落现象。
         2.  使用99%无水酒精，500g力来回摩擦1000次，无变色，脱色等现象；
         3.  使用25%的盐酸，500g力来回摩擦一千次，无脱落，变色、脱色等现象；
         4.  使用25%氢氧化钠溶液，500g力来回摩擦一千次，无脱落、变了、脱色等现象；
         5.  使用100°C热水浸泡三小时，拿出后用手擦，无脱落，掉色等现象。
适用范围：
            各种金属制品，玻璃制品，钢化玻璃（6H以下硬度），镀膜镜片，强化亚克力，UV喷油表面等产品。
