自干免烘烤金属油墨
1、适用范围：五金、金属、玻璃、陶瓷、电镀、大理石等材料丝印移印
2、特性：耐冲压、耐折弯、免烘烤自干、耐酒精、耐酸碱、耐汽油、耐腐蚀。
3、技术参数：
a.粘度：8000-12000CPS；
b.细度：5UM↓、光泽：60°↑；
c.干燥条件：自干24小时；
d.铅笔硬度：2H↑；
e.耐酒精：99%乙醇500g力来回超过30次；
f.耐磨：500g力来回超过30次；
g.过网性能：77T-145T网纱；
4、稀释剂的选择：稀释剂：S-3；使用前添加10%-15%的DB-01固化剂效果更好。
5、注意事项：
a.不可与其它油墨混用；
b.使用S-3慢干稀释剂稀释；
c.加过固化剂的油墨必须在3小时内用完；
d.密封保存，远离火源。
