空气分离设备工作流程
1、空气分离设备流程冻结法净除水分和CO2。空气在冷却过程中，水分和CO2在换热器通道内析出、冻结。经一定时间后将通道切换，由返流污氮气体将冻结的杂质带走。根据换热器的型式不同，又分为蓄冷器和板翅式切换式换热器。这种方式切换动作频繁，启动操作较为复杂，技术要求高，运转周期为1年左右。
2、空气分离设备流程按分子筛吸附净化流程。空气在进入主换热器前，已由吸附器将杂质净除干净。吸附器的切换周期长，使操作大大简化，纯氮产品量不再受返流气量要求的限制，运转周期可达两年或两年以上，目前受到越来越广泛的应用。
