结构、工作原理及用途:
        LK系列测长传感器，由测长传动轮、测长信号接收和信号输入电路构成，传动轮通过与被测物（如纺织品、塑胶带）的反向摩擦滚动，或与被测物生产主机的主轴的反向滚动，通过传感器内部的齿轮比和电信号相结合，将所测的实际长度单位信号输出给计数器（计长仪），由计数器（计长仪）记录其累计长度。    
          本系列产品与计数器或计长仪配合，广泛适用于印刷机械、包装机械、纺织机械、塑料橡胶机械、电线电缆设备、制药机械以及所有生产过程中需要自动检测产品长度的场合。
使用注意：
1.    固定位置并无限制，但转轮旋转方向需与待测物前时方向平行。
2.    待测物接触面尽量避免有机溶剂、油、水或高温。
3.    激烈震动之场所，除造成计数误差外，也易造成机械损坏。
4.    伸缩性大的材料，注意接触面的压著力。
5.    由于原点不确定，电源投入后，第一个输出信号长度误差介于0.30与50%之间。
6.    精度误差正负一个计长单位。

Structure,  working  principle  and  use:

Use  Note:  
1.  Fixed  POSTTTION,  and  unlimited,  but  the  direction  of  wheel  rotation  when  needed  with  the  analytes  before  the  parallel  to  the  direction.  
2.  Analytes  contact  surface  to  avoid  organic  solvents,  oil,  water  or  heat.  
3.  Intense  vibration  of  the  premises,  in  addition  to  errors  caused  by  counting,  but  also  could  easily  lead  to  mechanical  damage.  
4.  Scalability  great  material,  pay  attention  to  efforts  to  contact  surface  pressure.  
5.  As  the  origin  of  uncertainty,  power  input,  the  first  output  signal  length  error  between  0.30  and  50%.  
6.  Precision  error  of  plus  or  minus  one  meter  long  unit.
