LY摇床是供实验室开展矿石可选性研究，实验和小型选厂等进行重力选矿常用设备之一，适用于细粒和微细粒稀有金属、黑色金属、有色金属、贵重金属等矿石和煤的选别。该设备部仅可以作为一个独立的选矿作业，也可与跳汰机，螺旋选矿机，离心选矿机等其它选矿设备配合使用。本产品由原地矿部唯一指定企业生产，执行行业标准。
该设备依据入选矿物比重差和在往复不对称运动并呈倾斜的床面横向水流中的分层性能进行选别。具有不同比重矿物在床面上分带明显，精矿质量高，操作和调节方便等特点。
摇床面结构有矿砂和矿泥，床面玻璃钢材质。
LY摇床适用于分选粒度0.3～0.074毫米细料的铁矿、钛铁矿、铬铁矿、硫铁矿、锆英石、金红石、独居石、磷乙矿、钨矿、锡矿、钽矿、铌矿以及具有比重差异的其他有色金属、稀有金属和非金属矿物体。本设备具有选别过程稳定、容易控制，给矿浓度允许变化范围大，富集比高、回收率高，占地面积小、耗水量少，结构简单，无需动力，处理量大，安装简易，操作方便，投资小见效快等优点。
The LY table is for laboratory studies of ore dressing, gravity separation equipment commonly used in experiments and small beneficiation plant, suitable for fine grained and fine grained rare metal, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal, precious metal ores and coal classification.
