“Dip  &  Look  Test”  -  The  Prelude  provides  precise  handling  of  electronic  components  for  the  automated  process  of  a  flux  and  solder  dip  of  the  component  terminations.  After  the  dip  process,  the  operator  inspects  the  terminations  (i.e.,  “look”)  for  the  adequate  presence  of  solder.  If  adequate,  the  component  is  validated  for  authenticity  and  solderability  with  the  selected  solder  alloy.  
“浸渍和观察”可焊性测试仪  -  “前奏”202可焊性测试仪能够在零件终端浸渍助焊剂和焊锡的自动化加工工序里面准确地对电子零件进行输送。浸渍之后，工人可以对终端进行检查(那就是“观察”)，确认焊锡浸渍是否合格。如果合格，就证明零件对所选择的焊锡合金是真实的、可焊的。

  The  Prelude  can  be  combined  with  an  RPS  Cadence  Steam  Ager  to  provide  artificial  aging  prior  to  the  dip  and  look  test.  The  combination  of  aging  and  dip  &  look  testing  provides  full  compliance  with  the  objective  IPC,  ANSI  and  MIL  solderability  test  standards.

Prelude  202  Solderability  Test  System  |  The  Prelude  202  is  designed  for  standards  compliant  solderability  “dip  &  look”  testing  of  electronics  components.  The  Prelude  202  features  high  precision  PLC  motion  X  &  Z  axis  motion  control,  advanced  touch  screen  programming,  a  solder  pot  and  flux  station.  Customer  must  select  and  purchase  tooling  to  hold  components.  NOTE:  System  is  designed  to  industry  standard  using  static  solder  pot  and  testing  of  a  sample  of  component  terminations  (leads).  Testing  all  terminations  (especially,  fine  pitch,  QFN,  QFP  components)  may  require  N2  inertion  and  a  dynamic  solder  pot,  which  are  inconsistent  with  testing  standards.  
“前奏”202可焊性测试系统用于对电子零件进行“浸渍和观察”测试，看是否符合标准规定的可焊性要求。“前奏”202可焊性测试系统的特点是：高度精密的X轴和Z轴PLC运动控制机构；先进的触摸屏编程系统；具有一个焊锡炉系统和一个助焊剂系统。客户必须另行选购夹持零件的模具。备注：该系统是根据静态焊锡炉和单一零件终端(脚)测试要求的行业标准来设计的。如果需要测试的是所有零件终端(特别是小脚距、QFN、QFP等零件)，也许还需要氮气惰化装置、动态焊锡炉等非标准配件。
