Stainless steel sealed two divider
二分器是根据国家标准GB474《煤样的制备方法》中的规定设计的，是缩制煤样工作不可缺少的工具。有全密封型和普通型两种，每套二分器分三种不同规格，分别适用于不同粒度的样品缩分。从结构上分，二分器有敞开式和密封式两类，从材质上分，又有电镀（锌）和不锈钢两种。它由密封壳体、格槽、接样器、簸箕等组成，不同规格的二分器格槽宽度均为煤样最大粒度的2.5倍，但不小于5mm，格槽等斜面的坡度不小于60度。主要特点是结构合理，使用方便，具有多点缩分性能，有较强的代表性，可以大大提高制样的效率和质量。适用于煤、矿样或其它不均匀粒状物料的缩分取样。

The main characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient use, with shrinkage properties of multi point, representative strong, can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of sample preparation. Applicable to coal, ore or other non uniform granular material reduction sampling.
