进口高压内螺纹电磁阀安装注意说明
A、电磁阀安装一般阀体水平,线圈垂直向上,有部分产品可以任意安装,但在条件允许时好垂直,以增长使用寿命。
B、电磁阀一般是单向工作的,不能反装,阀上箭头是管路流体的运动方向,必须保持一致。
C、管路使用之前应冲洗干净,介质不清洁的应安装过滤器,以防止杂质妨碍电磁阀的正常工作。
D、长时间停用后的电磁阀,应排清凝结物后方便使用;拆洗时各零件要按顺序放好再恢复原状装好。
E、电磁阀在结冰场所重新工作时应加热处理,或设置保温措施。
F、电磁线圈引出线(接插件)连接好后,应确认是否牢固,联接电器元件触点不应抖动,松动将引起电磁阀不工作。连续要生产工作的电磁阀,好采用旁路,便于检修,不影响生产。
工作原理working principle：
   当线圈通电，动铁芯吸合，先导阀口处于开启状态，使主阀塞上腔降压，主阀塞因压差开启，介质流通。当线圈断电，动铁芯复位，先导阀口处于关闭状态，使主阀塞上腔升压，将主阀塞压下，电磁阀关闭.

安装维护Installation and maintenance：
1、现场安装必须按照国家防爆危险场所“电气安全规程”中有关规定进行。
2、电磁阀内外接地，必须牢固可靠。
3、电磁阀引出电缆导线为三根，其中一根为接地线，另二根为工作导线。
4、电磁阀安装前应将管路内部清洗干净。
5、电磁阀有杂质时，进口端前必须安装密度0.5mm的过滤器。
6、安装电磁阀时注意阀体上箭头要求与介质流向一致。
7、电磁阀应垂直安装，线圈在上。
8、电磁阀维修时应断电后开盖，非电器人员不得拆卸电磁阀电气部件。
