操作注意事项：

 

1．开车前应先检查冲剪机传动部件和各部连接螺丝、销轴是否松动。电器接地是否完好。 2．工作前要对各部润滑，开车试转二至三分钟，无问题方可投入工作。 3．不准超负荷，淬火钢材严禁冲剪。 4．工作时应戴好手套和穿戴好劳动保护用品，严禁穿凉鞋和拖鞋。 5．冲剪时要经常给冲具加油，严防上下冲具歪斜。 6．送料时要注意手指安全，特别当板料冲到最后压脚压不上板料时，禁止冲剪。 7．开车时严禁拆装、校对剪刃和冲模。不准用力敲打冲模、剪刃和其他机件。 8．严格控制板料的规格范围，超出时严禁冲剪。 9．工作场所不得堆积其他物品和大量的冲料，调整和清扫时必须停车。 10．工作完毕，及时停机、断电，清理现场。

1．开车前应先检查冲剪机传动部件和各部连接螺丝、销轴是否松动。电器接地是否完好。 2．工作前要对各部润滑，开车试转二至三分钟，无问题方可投入工作。 3．不准超负荷，淬火钢材严禁冲剪。 4．工作时应戴好手套和穿戴好劳动保护用品，严禁穿凉鞋和拖鞋。 5．冲剪时要经常给冲具加油，严防上下冲具歪斜。 6．送料时要注意手指安全，特别当板料冲到最后压脚压不上板料时，禁止冲剪。 7．开车时严禁拆装、校对剪刃和冲模。不准用力敲打冲模、剪刃和其他机件。 8．严格控制板料的规格范围，超出时严禁冲剪。 9．工作场所不得堆积其他物品和大量的冲料，调整和清扫时必须停车。 10．工作完毕，及时停机、断电，清理现场。
