   锅炉风机工艺介绍

  2.1  引风机

引风机是热电厂的锅炉生产工艺中重要的辅机。引风机输送的介质是烟气，最高温度一般不得超过250度。锅炉结构复杂，还有烟气的除尘、脱硫设备，烟气阻力较大，利用引风机排烟才能排除烟气，同时引风机也是保证锅炉燃烧室产生的负压重要设备。

2.2  送风机

为了满足煤完全燃烧，通过送风机(包括一、二次风机)供给煤粉燃烧时所需要的空气量。一次风进入炉膛底部风室，一次风道上还并联有风道点火器；二次风直接经炉膛上部的二次风箱分两层入炉膛。 在整个烟风系统中均设有调节挡板，以便在运行和启停炉期间运行调节控制。
