基本说明：

连接伺服电机的主回路电缆一般采用带屏蔽的电缆（性质与变频电机的连接电缆类似），电机尾端的旋转编码器的连接电缆，根据编码器的对数，选择电缆的对数，屏蔽采用铝塑复合带分屏蔽+镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽总屏蔽、外加护套的工业通讯电缆最好。要求是这样的，电缆的具体型号要根据伺服电机现场使用的工况条件决定具体的型号。

伺服动力电缆有干扰怎么处理？

第一，对于线路的传导干扰，有低频和高频两种，低频使用伺服专用电抗器进行抑制；高频使用伺服专用滤波器进行抑制；
第二，对于辐射干扰，解决方案为：换用双绞屏蔽线，或者是铠装电缆，并将电缆的屏蔽层进行接地。

电缆结构： 

导体：多股精绞铜丝/镀锡铜丝，抗腐蚀性强 

绝缘：特殊耐热阻燃PVC/TPE绝缘（对绞线采用PE/TPE) 

颜色：黑色数字编号，对绞线为红、蓝 
内屏蔽：铝箔麦拉包裹纺织屏蔽镀锡铜网 

排流线：（可选）与导体同规格排流效果，方便了线束屏蔽加工
