E12Go gauge for caps on finished lamps: 7006-27H-1

目的：

PURPOSE:

检验成品灯上E12灯头螺纹最大尺寸和尺寸T1min。

To check the maximum dimension of the screw thread and dimension T1 minimum of E12 caps on finished lamps.

检验：

TESTING:

当成品灯上的灯头完全旋入量规内时，灯头中心触点应与量规X面接触，当从量规中取出时，至少应旋转两圈才能脱离螺纹。

此量规仅与本部分中参数表7006-27J规定的量规配合使用。

When the cap on finished lamps has been screwed into the gauge as far as it will go, the centre contact shall touch surface X. When the lamp is being removed from the gauge, at least two full turns shall be required to disengage the threads. This gauge should be used only in conjunction with the gauge specified on sheet 7006-27J.

E12 Not Go gauge for caps on finished lamps 7006-28C-1

目的：

PURPOSE:

检验成品灯上E12灯头螺纹最小外径（尺寸d）。

To check the minimum outside (major) diameter of the screw thread, dimensiion d, of E12 caps on finished lamps.

检验：

TESTING:

当量规套在成品灯（灯头朝上）的灯头螺纹上时，灯头中心触点不应凸出量规的X面。

When the gauge is placed over the thread of the cap on a finished lamp, held cap uppermost, the centre contact shall not project beyond surface X. 检验仅利用量规自身重量进行。

Only the mass of the gauge itself shall be used in the test.
