The current limiter's foldback circuit also operates as the output current limiter and the output pin protection.
The IC's internal regulator circuit can be placed in stand-by mode via the CE function. In the stand-by mode, power consumption is greatly reduced.resistance and ultra high-speed switching characteristics.Two FET devices are built into the one package.Because high-speed switching is possible, the IC can be efficiently set thereby saving energy.The small SOP-8 package makes high density mounting possible.
