指令(DRVZ)回原点
永宏PLC有专门的高速定位指令(FUN140),提供三种原点返回方式:MD0、MD1和MD2,同时要配合使用专门的伺服参数表指令(FUN141)进行参数设定,才能实现原点复位的控制。
根据本应用来说,使用MD1回原点模式并配合伺服参数表格一起使用。当原点复归动作一启动,先以原点复归速度朝原点复归方向前进(参数9_1);当遇到近点感应开关DOGsensor(参数15-0)时,以加/减速时间(参数8)之斜率作减速动作,直到完全静止为止(频率=0);延迟了0.5秒钟后,再以加/减速时间(参数8)之斜率做低速反向慢行直至达到原点复归减速速度(参数6),当离开近点感应开关DOGsensor(参数15-0)之瞬间(近点感应信号由1→0),归零清除信号(参数15_3)立即输出(“ON”≧20mS+1次扫描时间,可以用此输出点来清除伺服马达之ErrorCounter),最后将机械原点位置值(参数16)搬至目前位置(PS0=DR4088;PS1=DR4090;PS2=DR4092;PS3=DR4094),归零动作即算完成。伺服参数表格如图3-2,工作流程如图3-3:
