该机主要有微电脑自动控制系统、低温清洗系统、高温漂洗消毒系统、不锈钢机架组成，

该机由进口水泵将洗涤水从水槽中抽出加压并循环使用.水槽内的洗涤水温控制在55±5℃以内.在洗涤过程中，上下洗涤臂在水的压力作用下旋转，而洗涤筐不动，使强力洗涤水流从不同的角度进行冲洗，无死角。确保洗涤彻底.接着漂洗系统的漂洗臂喷出65±5℃的高温净水，对餐具进行漂淝自毒，洗涤水循环使用.脏水从溢流口流出，确保洗涤水的清洁.在洗涤槽内加人清洁剂，达到祛除油污的效果，漂洗时加人催干剂，能迅速挥发餐具表面水份，餐具表面不留痕迹，并能起到消毒的使用.
