Mix proportion

Light: White plastisol ink 70-80% + Clear plastisol ink 20-30% + pigment ?% + fixing agent 2%

Deep: White plastisol ink 20-30% + Clear plastisol ink 70-80% + pigment ?% + fixing agent 2%

Printing process

1. Mixing with white paste, clear paste, pigment , fixing agent and stirring them evenly.

2. Printing for 3-4 times (3-4 scrapes per time).

3. Drying it in room temperature, or baking for 1-3 minutes under 150-180℃

4. Finish.

调配比例

印浅色：白胶浆70-80% + 透明浆20-30% + 固化剂2% + 色种？%

印深色：白胶浆20-30% + 透明浆70-80% + 固化剂2% + 色种？%

工艺流程

1. 将白胶浆，透明浆，色种搅拌匀印3-4次

2. 24-48小时自然干燥，或150-180度焙烘1-3分钟
