喷嘴挡板式智能定位器接受到4-20mA指令，通过A/D 转化后传送给微处理器，微处理器把输入信号和实际位置信号对比后，经过先进算法计算其偏差，依据偏差大小和方向输出一个带方向的电流信号给喷嘴挡板 IP放大器，进而调节进入执行机构气室的空气流量，实现阀门的开度控制，当阀位信号达到目标位置时，偏差为 0，定位器输出气路关闭。此时，阀位固定在当前阀位位置，直到偏差再次出现。

The POSTTTIONer receives the 4-20 mA command, transmits it to the microprocessor through A/D conversion, and the microprocessor compares the input signal with the actual POSTTTION signal, calculates the deviation by an advanced algorithm, and outputs a band direction according to the magnitude and direction of the deviation. The current signal is supplied to the nozzle baffle IP amplifier, thereby adjusting the air flow entering the actuator air chamber to realize the opening degree control of the valve. When the valve POSTTTION signal reaches the target POSTTTION, the deviation is 0, and the POSTTTIONer output gas path is closed. At this point, the valve POSTTTION is fixed at the current valve POSTTTION until the deviation appears again.
