KRB KRB-T High Efficiency Vacuum Oil Purifier
Applicable scope：
It is a special equipment applied to purification of unqualified transformer oil, mutual conductor oil, circuit breaker oil ect. insulation oil under 35KV in power division , industrial and mining enterprises.
It is also a good choice for vacuum filling of power equipment.
As a State Power Corporation designated products, it is widely used in power plant, power station, power enterprises, power transmission, railway, petrifaction, metallurgy ect. industries.
Advantages:
1. High efficiency, adopted special three-dimensional flash evaporation technology,
which is 5-8 times higher than common vacuum purifier and able to swiftly remove moisture, gas from oil with maintenance free.
2. Combined with mesh filtering and polymer adsorption technology, high quality filter elements adopted with high impurity adsorption capacity, gradually thicker,
high precision, multistage filtration.
3. Safe and reliable heating KRBstem and optimized piping design avoid “bypassed oil”.
4. Liquid level control with infrared ray detection can automatically balance inlet and outlet oil, achieve real unmanned operation.
5. This type of unit can be used for vacuum filling and vacuum drying of insulation oil of transformers or power utilities.
