1、填料压得太紧或四周紧密度不够2、填料压得偏斜与轴磨损严重

1、旋松压盖螺栓高速填料紧密度
2、松开压盖重新均匀地上紧

2、水泵起动后有一股水就不出水了
1、吸入的水中有过多气泡
2、吸水管中窝存空气
3、吸水管或连接处垫料不严密有进气现象
4、底阀或叶轮有水草杂物填塞
1、检查进水管末端是否在水平面以下一米左右
2、排除空气
3、高速垫料，填塞缝隙拧紧螺栓
4、消除水草杂物
