    电动玉米筛采用的就是先通过比重平台将苞米里面的轻小杂质给风选出来，然后剩下的物料直接落入到直线筛上面，直线筛上面三层筛板，将物料分为4个等级，一层筛出来的是比苞米大的杂质，二层筛出来的是苞米，三层筛出来的是半个碎个的小粒的玉米粒，底层为土粉末等杂质，最终将报米里面的土。玉米芯、玉米黑毛絮、少量的皮等等杂质给筛分出去。
