◆ Side Entry – The valve body is divided in 2 or three pieces, with side access to all internal components.
This solution can be easily maintained without any special tool, providing the valve is removed from the line.
◆ Fully welded Body- the valve body is fabricated by welding of forged rings, thus to minimise the external leak path. The typical application is for gas and/or fuel transport and are generally supplied butt-welding end with pups and stem extension for underground installation. Drain, vent and auxiliary connections are piped up to the ground level for an easy access.
◆ Top Entry – this design is characterized by one piece body construction, with top access to all internal components.
This construction allows easy in line maintenance without removing the valve from the line. Special tools are required for valve disassembling.
