: mainly used as flocculant for suspended particles, coarser, high concentration, particles with positive charge, water PH value is neutral or alkaline wastewater, due to the anionic polyacrylamide molecule chain contains a certain amount
Flocculability: PAM can make the suspended material through electric neutralization, adsorption, flocculation effect.
2. The adhesive properties, can pass the mechanical, physical, chemical, bonding effect.
3. Drag reduction: PAM can effectively reduce the friction resistance of fluid, water with trace PAM can drag reduction of 50-80%.
4. Thickening: PAM under the condition of neutral and acid are thickening effect, when the PH value in more than 10 ℃ PAM easy to hydrolysis.Half the reticular structure, thickening will be more obvious.
3、用于石油工业、采油、钻井泥浆、废泥浆处理、防止水窜、降低摩阻、提高采收率、三次采油得到广泛运用。
4、用于造纸工业、一是提高填料、颜料等存留率。以降低原材料的流失和对环境的污染；二是提高纸张的强度（包括干强度和湿强度），另外使用PAM还可以提高纸抗撕性和多孔性，以改进视觉和印刷性能，还用于食品及茶叶包装纸中。
