新浪科技讯 北京时间8月20日凌晨消息，陌陌(Nasdaq:MOMO)今天公布了2015财年第二季度财报。报告显示，陌陌第二季度总净营收为3070万美元，与去年同期的840万美元相比大幅增长264%；净利润为170万美元，相比之下去年同期的净亏损为700万美元。

第二季度主要业绩：

-陌陌第二季度净营收为3070万美元，与去年同期相比大幅增长264%；

-陌陌第二季度净利润为170万美元，相比之下去年同期的净亏损为700万美元；

-不按照美国通用会计准则(不计入股权奖励支出)，陌陌第二季度净利润为600万美元，相比之下去年同期的净亏损为540万美元；

-陌陌第二季度每股美国存托凭证摊薄收益为0.01美元，相比之下去年同期的每股美国存托凭证摊薄亏损为1.16美元；

-不按照美国通用会计准则(不计入股权奖励支出)，陌陌第二季度每股美国存托凭证摊薄收益为0.03美元，相比之下去年同期每股美国存托凭证摊薄亏损为1.11美元；

-2015年6月，陌陌的月度活跃用户人数与去年同期相比增长47%，至7840万人。
