First,You need to confirm HS code and information of  used machinery 

Relating to the used equipment imported, we need to check and confirm the HS customs code, ask for the product specification, type, mechanism of the old mechanical principle, performance index, function, purpose, etc (must provide detailed information by the customer)
Second, apply to the commodity inspection for the record
1）The "Application for the registration of imported used machinery" (the applicant need to stamp official seal and legal representative signature)
2）The "Inventory of import of used mechanical and electronic products"(some infomation about mechanical products  such as name, code, quantity, place of orign, the applicant need to stamp official seal in triplicate)
3）The applicant, the consignee, the shipper's business license or registration documents (the applicant offical seal and photocopy)
Three,China Commodity Inspection Corporation(CCIC)
arrange shipment to Hong Kong, apply for the Chinese company (Hong Kong) to perform the inspection
1）Check whether the product is consistent with national examination and approval of projects, CCIC authentication, the management of import licensing, and other specified requirements
2） Inspecte product appearance whether there is a defect, damage, etc
3）Product information is in conformity with the contract or agreement
''Import of used mechanical and electronic products inspection certificate'' issued by the inspection company 
To apply for the certificate of import license of mechanical and electronic products(O certificate)

Four, authenticate the condition of mechanical

Fifth, switch B/L

Sixth,customs clearance

Seventh,rate payment

Eight, cargo release

Nine, arrange shipment to the consignee

Note: 

1) all kinds of old machinery imports have the restriction of use fixed number of year.
