管式曝气器，主要用于城市污水和有机工业废水处理系统的充氧，管式曝气器具有结构简单、氧利用率高、性能可靠、气孔不易堵塞、污水不倒灌、环向受力均匀、寿命长、安装维修方便、系统价格低廉等特点。

结构：

曝气膜片、支撑管、空气管道。管式曝气器外径69mm，常规为580mm、800mm和1000mm。长度在580mm一下采用挤出或模压成型，长度大于580mm采用挤出成型。膜管上一1.5mm大小、2×2.5mm的间距打孔，能产生直径1-3mm的均匀微小气泡膜管顶部有15mm长无气孔区，当终断供气时膜片立即恢复原状。对空气入口起自动防逆流作用。

材质：

1、橡胶膜片采用三元乙丙橡胶，具有耐热、耐臭氧、耐酸碱、化学稳定性好等特点，与一般橡胶膜相比，可大大提高其使用寿命。

2、曝气孔为一字形长孔，使其具有良好的可张性和瞬时闭合性，曝气时可释放出直径小于3mm的微型气泡，以获得较高的氧利用率，其氧利用率为35～42%。

3、支撑管为ABS或PVC材质。

4、空气管道是采用工程塑料ABS材质，采用中空、充水形式，大大降低了曝气系统在水中的浮力。
