电容式传感器是一种能将被测非电量转换成电容量变化的传感器件。根据引起电容量变化的参数不同，电容式传感器可分为极距变化型、面积变化型、介质变化型三类。

1）电容式传感器的外形结构

尽管电容式传感器根据其引起电容量变化参数的不同只分为三类，但是由于应用场合和用途不同，其外形结构多种多样，如图1所示是部分电容式传感器的外形结构。
