一、坠落试验  将CNG空瓶升至3m或更高的空中，向水泥地上反复进行坠落摔打，然后进行10%～100%的工作压力下水  循环13000次，不出现裂纹为合格。

　　三、此外，气瓶还装有安全阀，其内装有100℃的易熔合金和26Mpa的爆破片。当气瓶内气体压力、温度超过上述数值时会自动放气。  虽然压缩开然汽车发展时间还不长，但现在世界上也有约100多万辆CNG汽车，还没有见到在运行中因  交通事故引起气瓶爆炸失火的记录。因此压缩天然气汽车比汽油汽车更加安全。
