Screw mounting method for honeycomb panels
（1）螺丝间距，可依板厚，作适当的配置，间距太小及太大均不好。如间距太小，有时会因太紧而引发应力，造成破坏；如间距太大，又可使PC板固定不稳。为此推荐采用下间距：
(1) screw spacing, according to the plate thickness, for the appropriate configuration, spacing is too small and too big. If the spacing is too small, and sometimes because of too tight, causing stress, causing damage; if too large spacing, and can make the PC plate fixation instability. To this end recommended the use of spacing:
A：板厚3.0mm以下，间距为10~20cm
A: the thickness of the plate is 3.0mm, the spacing is 10~20cm
B：板厚3.0mm以下，间距为20~30cm
B: the thickness of the plate is 3.0mm, the spacing is 20~30cm
C：若以压条固定时，间距为20~30cm

注：如用自攻螺丝直接固定PC板，则螺丝间距越大，板材越不易因应力而损坏。

（2）螺丝孔的尺寸须考虑PC板夏冬季节及书夜热胀冷缩的不同。一般而言，螺丝孔径应比螺丝起码径大2~4mm，以预留膨胀空间

（3）螺丝孔的位置离PC板的边缘太近时，非常容易造成破板，一般而言，螺丝孔的位置离PC板边缘为螺丝孔直径的2.5倍以上。例如直径4mm的螺丝，则螺丝孔的位置至少离PC板边缘要有1cm以上.
(3) the POSTTTION of the screw hole is too close to the edge of the PC plate. It is very easy to cause the broken plate. Generally speaking, the POSTTTION of the screw hole is 2.5 times more than the diameter of the screw hole on the edge of the PC plate. For example, the diameter of the screw, the screw hole of the LOCAIION of the 4mm plate at least 1cm PC above.
（4）螺丝切勿锁的太紧，否则产生变形，并引应力。
(4) the screw must not be locked too tightly, otherwise the deformation, and lead to stress.
（5）锁在PC析上的螺丝最好不要选用自攻螺丝，否则产生应力，并且该应力随板材厚度增大而增大。

（6）为减小螺丝以材的直接压力，可用垫圈充垫其间，但PVC垫圈及某些橡胶圈会破坏PC板，不可使用。建议使用垫圈的材质为三元乙丙像胶，硅橡胶及氯丁橡胶。
