1 概述/ Introduction
1.1 定义/Definition
本规格书主要描述直流风机R1D190-AA02-01 的操作运转方式及工作特性。This
specification describes the operation and performance of the fan R1D190-AA02-01.
1.2结构/Structure
该风机是一个直径为190 mm 后向式叶轮由一个直径为92 mm 的外转子直流无刷电机拖
动，电机采用具有润滑脂的滚珠轴承，叶轮是由定量UL-V0塑胶材料注模叶片，内置用来
安装外转子无刷电机的钢圈构建而成。This fan is a 190mm diameter backward curved
impeller powered by an integrated 92 mm diameter external rotor brushless DC motor.
The motor has lubricated for life ball bearings. The impeller is constructed using UL-V0
rated plastic injection molded blades and top ring mounted on a steel back plate which
is mounted directly to the external rotor of the BL-DC motor.

4. 设计/Design
4.1 叶轮/Impeller
叶轮由塑胶材料PA66，玻纤增强注模制成，材料符合 ROHS 及阻燃UL-V0级。Impeller
made of plastic PA66,fiberglass reinforced. All material accord with ROHS and UL-V0
4.2 电机/Motor
外转子直流无刷电机。转子上安装铁氧体材料，转子外壳表面电泳成黑色，材料符合 ROHS。
External rotor brushless DC motor ，Rotor with ferrite and coated in black. All material
accord with ROHS
4.3 软起动/Soft Start
电机开始在低转速起动，大约20秒到达全速，以防止来自电源的电流冲击。The motor start
at low speed,after 20 SEC running to full speed, to prevent current surges being drawn
from the power supply
