三、绳索张力测量仪的工作原理

图一   利用力分解原理当系统平衡时： T= 2F× cos(α/2) 其中：T为推力；F为索拉力；α为索两侧的索夹角由于α固定相同，因此T与F成正比，让力T作用在力敏传感器上，力敏传感器输出信号，经电路运算、修正、放大后显示在显示屏上的数值就是所测索的张力。放大倍数根据上面的公式计算，其中cos(α/2)=a/  其中a为张力仪两侧滑轮平面至限位板间的距离，b为两测滑轮至推索轮距离的。

五、  操作面板         按键从左至右依次为“ON/OFF”、“索号/设定”、“峰值/单位”、“清零/确认”；上部LCD显示的五位数字为索拉力，单位为kg/kN可转换

六、标定操作：

Vi. Calibration operation:

1、长按“索号/设定”进入索号选定程序，选择需要标定的索号

1. Long press "cable number/set" to enter the selection procedure of the cable number, and select the number to be marked

2、长按“索号/设定”键直至显示“xh=yy”（x:表示当前的索号，yy:表示当前索号的直径）,再按“索号/ 设定”键，选择所需标定的索号（1～7）并按“清零/确认”确认。

3、根据显示提示，依次用试验机预置该索号量程的0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的标定值,并按“清零/确认”确认，如果试验机无法预置所有标定点的标定值，可长按“清零/确认”键结束标定，程序会按已经标定点的值推算出未能标定点的值以作计算。

七、测力操作；

7. Measuring force operation;

1、按“ON/OFF”既进入前次测力的索号测力状态，可以直接测量相同索号钢索。

2、长按“+”进入索号选定程序，选择需要标定的索号，按“清零/确认”键确认。

3、钢索卡入轮槽并按“清零/确认”键清零

5、没有任何操作，30分钟自动关机

注意事项及维修保养

1、手提张力仪时应握在手柄上，请勿握住手轮倒提，以免传感器损坏；

2、预防高温、过潮，防止灰尘、腐蚀性介质及水等侵入仪器；
