一、RAL-UZ 38应用的原因（why）
Furniture
and slatted frames can have environmental impact throughout their entire life
cycle. They are used indoors and therefore the lowest possible emissions from
these products will be of great benefit to the user from a health and
environmental perspective.
Emissions are often accompanied by odours which
can also cause health
problems.

38条例的适用范围（scope）
These Basic Criteria apply to ready-to-use indoor
furniture and slatted frames made predominantly – i.e. more than 50 percent by
volume – of wood and/or wood-based materials (chipboards, coreboards,
fibreboards, veneer-faced boards, each noncoated or coated). WINOOW elements and
semi-finished products do not fall within the scope.
