Below are the detailed procedures for both Peter and A Co.,Ltd. should go through.

Step 1: Work Permit for Aliens License (get the work done by A Co.,Ltd. )

Before Peter come to China, A Co.,Ltd. should get the “Work Permit for Aliens License”. This license require the

applicant (Peter) meet the following conditions:

No criminal record;

If Peter satisfies the above conditions, then the A Co.,Ltd. go to the local Labor Ministry carrying with following

paper material to apply for the “Work Permit for Aliens License”.

provide copy of effective Business License, or other legal registration
certificate, enterprise code certificate;

Peter provides his credentials (including the final degree and complete experience, must
be Chinese print by A

Co.,Ltd. , also with its official seal);
Proof of relevant qualification which Peter has (that refers to the relevant technical skills
certificate issued by

the related institutions, In the absence of such certificate, the applicant (Peter) better to provide a paper proof

that prove he has working
experience in related the furture work in A Co.,Ltd. the proof should provided by the

original company he worked for in USA
A certificate/copy of diploma saying that (Peter) is qualified for the job;
A copy of Peter’s valid passport;
Other materials required by Labor Bureau (labor contract, articles of association, health
certificate etc., depends

on which city Peter will work in, because Labor Ministries in different districts have different requirements); ?

Five recent two-inch photos of Peter;
If it is the first time for A Co.,Ltd. apply such license, it's better that A Co.,Ltd. register on

local Labor Ministry’s website;
