生物质颗粒燃料是将农业收获的作物中的“废料”进行利用，把看似无用的秸秆、木屑、玉米芯、稻壳等通过压缩成型直接利用的燃料。让这些东西变废为宝的途径就是需要生物质成型燃料锅炉。

目前，我国城市拥有大量的燃煤锅炉，其中大都分布在城区内及城市周边，由于烧的都是含硫量高的劣质煤，因锅炉无脱硫装置，加上操作低等因素，冒黑烟、硫污染等直接影响了城市及周边的空气质量，为此，取消城市煤锅炉及煤改气、电的呼声很高，且许多城市已采取了行动，但由于气源紧张、电价昂贵，而城市热力又达不到的区域，收效甚微。用清洁的生物质燃料替代煤，在城市锅炉内使用就成为首选。但目前大多数锅炉的结构均不适合使用生物质燃料（仍有冒黑烟、粉尘污染等现象），而生物质专用燃料燃烧装置彻底地解决了生物质燃料在锅炉中的燃烧问题。它根据生物质燃料挥发分大的特点，综合应用了反烧法、煤制气法、悬浮燃烧等多种洁净燃烧技术，使生物质燃料燃烧完全，解决了冒黑烟的本质问题。
At present, our cities have a large number of coal-fired boilers, most of which are distributed in the urban area and around the city. Because of the burning of the inferior coal with high sulfur content, the quality of the city and the surrounding air is directly affected by the black smoke and sulfur pollution caused by the boiler without desulphurization device and the low operating factors. Therefore, the city coal pot is cancelled. The sound of gas and electricity in the furnace and coal is high, and many cities have taken action, but because of the tight gas source, the high price of electricity, and the inaccessible area of the urban heat, the efficiency is very little. The use of clean biomass fuel instead of coal is the first choice in urban boilers. But most of the boiler structures are not suitable for the use of biomass fuel (still smoke and dust pollution), and the biomass fuel combustion device completely solves the problem of combustion of biomass fuel in the boiler. According to the characteristics of large volatiles of biomass fuel, a variety of clean combustion technologies such as anti burning, coal gasification and suspended combustion have been applied synthetically, so that the combustion of biomass fuel is completely burned and the essence of black smoke is solved.
生物质颗粒燃料锅炉燃烧工作原理：生物质燃料从加料口或上部均匀地铺在上炉排上，点火后，开启引风机，燃料中的挥发分析出，火焰向下燃烧，在未燃带、悬挂炉排所构成的区域迅速形成高温区，为连续稳定着火创造了条件，小于上炉排间隙且挥发分已燃尽的炙热燃料和未燃尽的微粒，在引风机及重力的作用下，一边燃烧一边向下掉落，落在温度很高的悬挂炉排上稍作停留后继续下落，最后落到下炉排上，未完全燃烧的燃料颗粒继续燃烧，燃尽的灰粒从下炉排落入出灰装置的灰斗，当积灰到一定高度时，打开出灰闸板一并排出。在燃料下落的过程中，二次配风口补充一定氧气，供悬浮燃烧，三次配风口提供的氧气的为下炉排上的燃烧助燃，完全燃烧后的烟气通过烟气出口通往对流受热面。大颗粒烟尘通过隔板向上时由于惯性甩入灰斗，稍小的灰尘通过除尘挡板网阻挡又大部分落入灰斗，仅部分极其细小的微粒进入对流受热面，极大地减少了对流受热面的积灰，提高了传热效果。

The ash particles fall from the lower grate to the ash hopper of the ash removal device. When the ash reaches a certain height, the ash gate is opened and discharged. In the process of fuel falling, the two air outlet replenish certain oxygen for suspension combustion, and the oxygen supplied by the three air outlet is burning on the lower grate, and the flue gas after the complete combustion leads to the convection heating surface through the flue gas exit. The large particle dust is thrown into the ash bucket as the separator is thrown up by the separator, and the small dust is blocked by the net of the dust collector and most fall into the ash bucket. Only a few tiny particles enter the convective heat surface, which greatly reduces the dust of the convective heat surface and improves the heat transfer effect.
