PTT-2000数显扭力分析仪主要特性：
1、读数在规定力矩范围的20%-100%时，精度误差为±0.5%；读数在规定力矩范围的10%-20%时，精度误差为±1%。

2、适用于大部分手动螺丝刀，扳手和电动工具。

3、有内置传感器并可连接外置传感器，提供“EZ-Plug & Play”技术（该技术基于“ARCII”），可快速自动识别连接到的传感器。

4、可选择六种操作模式：跟踪、峰值、第一峰值、Audit、Spindle、Audit，扭力角度。

5、七种可扭力测量单位：ozf.in、lbf.in、lbf.ft、cN.m、N.m、kgf.m、kgf.cm。

6、基于PC WINOOWs的软件程序：Mountz EZ-TorQ II Interface Program-引导快速工具测试、数据记录和传感器校准；Torque Meter Bootloader用于更新PTT的操作系统；Excel Add-In可以实时收集数据到Excel表格和查看数据曲线，并可以提供统计计算；用户可以通过RS-232端口实现闪存的升级。
