1、 Product Overview
Product Name: BTA Deep Hole Cutting Oil (Extreme Pressure Pure Oil)
Applicable processes: deep hole drilling (BTA/SIEG method), gun drilling, single/double tube system processing
Core POSTTTIONing: Extreme pressure anti-wear, efficient chip removal, and ultra long tool life, designed specifically for high difficulty deep hole machining, tackling difficult to cut materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, and quenched steel.
2、 Core advantages
1. Extreme pressure lubrication performance
Composite extreme pressure additive: a triple active ingredient of sulfur, phosphorus, and chlorine, which forms a stable lubricating film under high temperature and pressure, reduces the friction coefficient between the tool and the workpiece (friction coefficient ≤ 0.08), and reduces tool wear by more than 50%.
Anti adhesion: prevents iron filings from sticking to cutting tools, improves aperture accuracy (tolerance up to IT7 level).
2. Efficient cooling and chip removal
Ultra low viscosity design (40 ℃ kinematic viscosity): Quickly penetrates to the drill edge, takes away cutting heat, controls processing temperature within 80 ℃, and avoids thermal deformation of the workpiece.
Strong chip removal: The oil has excellent fluidity, and with the chip removal structure inside the BTA system, it ensures smooth discharge of long chips and reduces the risk of tool breakage.

4、 Scope of application
Materials: stainless steel (304/316), high-temperature alloy (Inconel 718), quenched steel (HRC ≥ 50), titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V), etc.
Processing types: deep hole drilling (with a diameter of 3-600mm and a hole depth ratio of ≥ 10:1), gun drilling, and deep hole reaming.
Industry: Aerospace engine oil pipes, hydraulic valve blocks, mold top pinholes, deep hole machining of automotive crankshafts.
5、 Usage method
Loop system matching:
It is recommended to use a BTA dedicated high-pressure pump (pressure ≥ 6MPa), with flow rate adjusted according to the aperture (e.g. 80-100L/min for a diameter of 20mm).
Oil cleanliness control: Equipped with a 10 μ m precision filter, regularly monitor the oil impurity content (recommended ≤ 15mg/100mL).
Suggested oil change interval:
Normal operating conditions: Replace once every 800-1000 hours (or 2000-3000 holes processed).
6、 Precautions
Do not mix: Do not mix with other types of cutting fluids or oils to avoid chemical reactions that may cause performance degradation.
