 高压跟踪指数测试仪的样品准备工作：

高压漏电起痕试验机试样的制备

①、将试样加工成片状，最好厚度为6mm，尺寸为50×120mm，并钻有电极安装孔，并在试样下边缘45mm处做一条参考标记线

②、使用蒸馏水或去离子水清洗试样，使其表面无任何污垢，如果样品表面为光滑面，则应该稍微进行打磨，具体方法是将试样使用1500#金刚砂细砂纸加去离子水或蒸馏水打磨，直到试样整个表面湿润，水膜均匀分布于试样表面，并且在干燥时试样呈现出均匀无光泽的表面。
